Dragonballz begins with Goku and his family on the planet Earth. Goku is going to meet his graduation class at there reunion. Goku takes his son Gohan with him so he can intoduce him to his friends. After only being there for a short time Goku's brother Raditz shows up from the Saiy-jin home world (Vegeta) to find out why Goku has not done his job and destroyed the inhabitants of planet Earth so that they could sell it to an alien buyer. Goku refuses to help so Raditz takes his son. A second warrior (Piccalo)joins Goku to retrieve his son but Goku is killed when he holds his brother so Piccalo can attack him. As Raditz dies Piccalo mentions the Dragonballs to Raditz who tranmits the conversation to two other Saiy-jins who now start to head for Earth. | ||||||||||||||||

Goku is now sent to Heaven where he is going to try and recieve training from king Ki (an extremely strong warrior!), before the other two Saiy-jins arrive. Unfortunetly Goku gets about half way there and falls off of snake way and is forced to start all over agian! Goku has many Difficult obstacles to overcome on his way there. The evil Princess snake, to mention one! After getting to King Ki's Goku Barely has time left to train so he trains as fast as possible literaly!! Meanwhile the others still on Earth prepare a small force to combat the two incoming aliens until Goku arrives. Involved in that is Goku's son Gohan, Piccalo, Yamcha, Chien, Chousu, and Krillen. They do not fair to well against the Saiy-jins. Krillen and Gohan are the only ones who survive until Goku arrives! | This is trunks Vegeta's son but he does not appear until Dragonball GT | ||||||||||||||||

Goku easily defeats the bigger Saiy-jin (Nappa), but the smaller one (Vegeta) is even stronger! Goku finds some difficulty in this battle. Don't wory the Earth special forces win in the end. Vegeta survives to come back and haunt them though. Now begins a new Saga! | ||||||||||||||||
